Do you offer remote work?

At Prozenda, we support working from home - even financially! But we support office work even more, because personal relationships are essential to our well-being. We encourage it with a common breakfast on Tuesdays, for which our employees are guests of the company! The monthly team-building programs support us to strengthen our relationships outside of work as well. It includes indoor and outdoor, with or without family, evening and weekend gatherings.

How should I prepare for the interview?

Give yourself, that's the most important thing! You will also feel comfortable in a place where they chose you, not the person you portrayed in the interview.
